HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose your Shopping Cart Template

(a) During the discovery session you can choose the shopping cart templates which is more suitable for your business.
(b) As part of the subscription to eZe Store:

(i) We install and setup eZe Store package in your Salesforce sandbox and production orgs.

(ii) We configure the shopping cart template of your choice in Salesforce.

(iii) We setup a sample store using your products and price books in Salesforce.

(iv) Product images can be stored in Salesforce or any 3rd party server.

2. Choose your Payment
Gateway

eZe Store can work with various payment gateways i.e. Authorize.net, PayPal, Stripe, etc.

(i) The majority of our customers in the United States use Authorize.net as their payment gateway.

(ii) We recommend using PayPal to accept payment in different currencies than USD.

(iii) Recurring and Subscription Billing in eZe Store works with Authorize.net CIM.

(iv) Purchase Order and Invoice options are both supported in eZe Store.

3. Decide on Customization to eZe Store

(a) You always have the option to use eZe Store as-is and go live with no customization.
(b) During the discovery session we determine if your eCommerce requirements are already built into eZe Store. If not, then we prepare a proposal for you:

(i) In average, our customers require 5 to 7 days of customizations to go live.

(ii) All customizations have to be built in Salesforce sandbox first and then migrated to the production org using Salesforce change-sets.

(iii) We use agile methodology with 2-3 iterations to deliver customizations.

Lighting Extension: eZe Store Offers seamless integration with your Community Cloud Lightning Template, so your customers can shop online, upload a Purchase Order, request an Invoice, track their orders, and re-order products and services. eZe Store Extension for the Lightning template is offered for a one time fee of $1,500.
